Underfloor Heating- Single Zone System
1) Connect pump/mixing valve before fitting manifold to wall.
2) Fit and tighten return valve (blue) to mixing valve first, leave all
other connections hand tight only while assembling.
3) Loosen manifold clamps and reposition manifolds to allow for the
difference in length of the two pump/mixing valve connections.
4) Ensure the complete assembly is perfectly aligned before tightening
brackets then connections.
5) Do not apply heat to the mixing valve when making connections to/from
boiler.
